简介:Bothacademicandindustrialcirclesalwaysthinkthatexportersbasicallyhavenopotentialstocompetewiththeirfactories(suppliers)onoverseasmarkets.However,thismaynotbethecase.Theobjectiveofthispaperistostudywhetherexporterscancompetewithfactoriesintheinternationalmarketandfurtherhavemoreadvantages.Inordertoachievethisgoal,thispaperusestheresearchmethodsofDocumentAnalysis,QualitativeAnalysis,andSWOTAnalysistoevaluatethecollectedinformationandexploretheopportunityforexporterstosurvive.Asaresult,thispaperfindsthatwhenafactorywantstodealdirectlywithaforeignimporter,theexportercantakesomeeffectivemeasurestofacethechallengesfromthefactory.Forexamples,theexportermayuseanexclusiveagencycontracttopreventthefactoryfromdealingdirectlywiththeforeignimporter;theexportercanapplysomespecialpaymenttermstoinduceclosecooperationbetweenthefactoryandtheimporter;theexportercandiscontinueprovidingthefactorywithkeypartswhenthefactoryhasdirectdealwiththeimporter.
