简介:本试验通过对经激光照射后的烟草种子苗期的株高、根长、过氧化物同工酶活力、根系活力的分析,以期从形态、生理、生化和遗传的的角度,探讨激光对烟草植物有机体的作用效应。并通过对同工酶活力变化和根系活力变化与幼苗性状表征关系的探讨,对烟草生长发育及育种选择的早期鉴定提供参考。激光的辐射效应包括辐射的剂量效应、辐射的生理效应和辐射的遗传效应。刘文杰等人的He-Ne激光照射水稻种子,发现激光照射可诱发核基因突变.如株型、株高、粒重、品质争性状变异,并可真实遗传。广西农学院用He-Ne激光照射水稻种子,发现激光处理后出现矮茎、分蘖多、结实性和千粒重提高的性状,这些性状并能遗传给后代。研究表明,酶控制代谢,从而控制生物性状。本试验从形态、酶学角度进一步探讨激光照射后的烟草苗期的形态效应、生理效应及诱变的遗传效应.为激光对烟草的生长发育及诱变育种提供理论依据。

简介:Toinvestigatethehistologicalchangeandtheexpressionsofepidermalgrowthfactor(EGF)andepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor(EGFR)inatrophicgastricmucosainratssoastoappraisetheeffectoftheseregulatorsontheformationofatrophicgastritis,tostudytheexpressionsofEGFandEGFRinratswithchronicatrophicgastritis(CAG)aftertheirradiationofHe-Nelaser,andtoinvestigatetherelationsofHe-Nelaserandprecancerouslesionorapoptosis.Theratsweredividedintonormalgroup,modelgroupandlasergroup.ThemodelsofCAGratswereestablishedwithenemawhichwasthemixedliquorconsistedofsodiumsalicylateandalcohol,combinedwithirregularfastingandcompulsivesportingaspathogenicfactors.He-Nelaser(3.36J/cm2)wasusedtoirradiateCAGrats,onceadayfor7min,20daysasacourseoftreatment;theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRweredetectedwithimmunohistochemicalmethod.Duringtheprocessofantralatrophy,theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRincreased,theywerehigherinmodelgroupthanthoseinnormalgroup(P<0.05).AftertheirradiationofHe-Nelaser,theexpressionsofEGFandEGFRwereobviouslylowerthanthoseinmodelgroup(P<0.05).Wedrawtheconclusionasfollows:gastricmucosaofmodelratisinahyper-proliferationstatus,withhighproteinexpressionsofapoptosissuppressorEGFandEGFR.CAGhassomecorrelationwiththeimbalancebetweencellproliferationandapoptosis.He-Nelaser(3.36J/cm2)canreducetheexpressionsofEGFandEGFR,whichisaneffectivephysiostimulatortostimulatethegastricmucosaofrat.TheappropriatesecretionsofEGFandEGFRarepropitioustotherepairandregenerationforthegastricmucosatissues,thuspreventingCAGtocanceration.
简介:摘要目的探讨氦-氖(He-Ne)激光治疗及护理带状疱疹患者的疗效以及对皮损愈合的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2015年7月在我院皮肤科行氦-氖激光治疗的74例带状疱疹患者,以随机数字表法平均分为对照组37例、观察组37例,对照组予常规的抗病毒、营养神经等治疗,而观察组则辅以氦-氖激光治疗和护理,对比两组患者的疗效以及症状改善情况。结果对照组总有效率72.97%(27/37),观察组总有效率则是97.3%(36/37),差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组皮损愈合时间也明显的短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过对带状疱疹的患者,予以氦-氖激光治疗和优质的护理服务能够有效的提高疗效,缩短皮损愈合时间。
简介:Thecavitytuningcharacteristicsoforthogonallypolarizeddual-frequencyHe-Nelaserat1.15μmarepresented.Vectorial-extensionmodelbasedonsemi-classicallasertheoryrevealsthatcavitytuningcharacteristicsarerelatedtobeatfrequency,relativeexcitation,andtypeofNeisotope.Distortionsofcavitytuningcurvesbecomemoderatewiththeincreaseofbeatfrequencybecauseoftheweakeningofthecrosssaturationeffect.Distortionsareenhancedwiththeincreaseofrelativeexcitationbecauseofthecombinedactionoftheself-saturationandcross-saturationeffects.Byadoptingdual-isotopeNeinsteadofmonoiso-toplicNe,distortionsarereducedbecauseofthemisalignmentbetweenpeaksoftheself-saturationandnetgaincoefficients.Thetheoreticalcalculationsareingoodagreementwiththecorrespondingexperimentalresults.
简介:Sixty-fivecasesofherpeszosterwererandomlydividedintotheHe-Nelasergroup(33cases)andpolyinosinicacidgroup(32cases).TypeJIHe-NelaseruniversaltreatmentapparatuswasusedtoirradiateinjuredcutaneousregionsandtoradiateHegu(LI4)andZusanli(ST36)pointswithphotoconductivefibersonceeverydayintheHe-Nelasergroup;2mlofpolyinosinicacidwasin-tramuscularlyinjectedonceeveryotherdayintheothergroup.Ofthe65cases63werecured,andthetwocaseswithsequelaofneuralgiawereallinthelattergroup.Painwasdisappearedandscabswereformedrespectivelyafter1.48and5.76daysoftreatmentwithHe-Nelasertherapy,andafter10.5and10.4dayswithpolyinosinicacidtreatment.Thedifferencesoftherapeuticeffectsbetweenthetwogroupswerenoticeablysignificant(P<0.01).
简介:摘要目的探讨中医中药青黛散结合He-Ne激光照射在治疗慢性肛周湿疹中的临床运用。方法回顾性分析180例慢性肛周湿疹患者,随机分成两组。对照组90例予丁酸氢化可的松软膏外涂患处;治疗组90例每晚一次外涂丁酸氢化可的松软膏并使用He-Ne型多功能氦氖激光治疗机照射患处,照射治疗中外加青黛散涂予患处,10天为一个疗程。两组平均治疗2个疗程,对比观察两组治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为92%,对照组有效率为69%。两组的总有效率差(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论中医中药青黛散结合He-Ne激光照射在治疗慢性肛周湿疹中的临床运用效果好,是一种安全、有效的方法。
简介:目的:观察蛋黄油纱条外敷配合He-Ne激光照射促进坐骨直肠窝脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月~2017年3月我院收治的78例单侧坐骨直肠窝脓肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者均行肛周脓肿根治术,观察组术后创面换药用蛋黄油纱条外敷配合He-Ne激光照射促进其愈合,对照组术后创面换药单用凡士林纱条外敷。比较两组术后的创面愈合治愈率、创面愈合时间、住院天数、住院费用和肉芽生长情况。结果:观察组的治愈率为87.2%,明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组的创面愈合时间、住院天数和住院费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;术后第7、14和28天观察组的创面肉芽组织生长情况VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论:坐骨直肠窝脓肿术后创面愈合采用蛋黄油纱条外敷配合He-Ne激光照射治疗,可有效促进患者创面愈合,缩短治疗时间,降低治疗费用。
简介:本研究以灯盏花愈伤组织为材料,采用He—Ne激光器,波长632.8nm,输出功率6mW,光源距为3cm,设置不同的辐照剂量处理灯盏花愈伤组织,然后采用可见分光光度法测定辐照后灯盏花愈伤组织内丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶(POD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)活性等生理指标,结果表明:He—Ne激光诱导灯盏花愈伤组织,1min增殖最快,POD酶活性最大,经过7min照射蛋白质含量及CAT活性最高,He—Ne激光对灯盏花不同处理,MDA含量均低于对照,说明了激光的处理在一定程度上还保护了灯盏花愈伤组织的细胞膜,还使抗氧化系统能力的提高.
