摘要 MethacrylicacidfirstwasneutralizedwithanaqueoussolutionofNaOHtopH=6.0~7.0,vinylenecarbonate(VCA)wasaddedtothesolution,thenmonomerswerecopolymerizedinparaffinoilbymeansofreverse-phasesuspensionpolymerizationandhydrophiliccopolymericsupportswereprepared.ThepropertiesofthesupportsweredeterminedusingtrypsinandresultsshowthattheamountofenzymescoupledtothesupportsandthespecificactivityofimmobilizedtrypsinarerelatedtothecontentofVCAstructureunits,reactiontimeandconcentrationofenzymesolution,etc.
