摘要
Asolutionispresentedforaclassoftwo-dimensionalelectroelasticbranchedcrackproblems.ExplicitGreen’sfunctionforaninterfacecracksubjecttoanedgedislocationisdevelopedusingtheextendedStrohformulationallowingthebranchedcrackproblemtobeexpressedintermsofcoupledsingularintegralequations.Theintegralequationsareobtainedbythemethodthatmodelsakinkasacontinuousdistributionofedgedislocations,andthedislocationdensityfunctionisdefinedonthelineofthebranchcrackonly.Competitionbetweencrackextensionalongtheinterfaceandkinkingintothesubstrateisinvestigatedusingtheintegralequationsandthemaximumenergyreleaseratecriterion.Numericalresultsarepresentedtoshowtheeffectofelectricfieldonthepathofcrackextension.
