Photoacoustic measurement of thermal properties and thickness of buried layers in a multilayer film-中国期刊网

摘要 Thephotoacousticmodelofmultilayerwithastrong-absorbingsurfacelayerisdeveloped.Thephaseofph0toacoustiesignalismeasuredasafunctionofmodulatedfrequencyusingapparatustotallycontrolledbyacomputersystem.Thethermaldiffusivity,effusivityaswellasthicknessofseveralburiedlayersareobtainedindependentlythroughthebestfitofexperimentaldataaccordingtothetheoreticalmodel.Themultilayersofthinmetalandalloyfilmareinvestigated.Thismethodisprovedtobevaluableparticularlyinnondestructiveexaminationofsubsurfacephysicalproperties.
