摘要
AmethodisdescribedwhichpermitstransmissionelectronmicroscopeofsinglecellstreatedwithHpDpluslasermicroirradiation.Thepreselectedsinglecellthatwasirradiatedbylaserunderlightmicroscopeandfollowedfixation,embeddedandsectioningisexaminedunderelectronmicroscope.Theresultsdemonstratedthatatthelightdoseof1.88ml/μm2notonlytheirradiatednucleolusappearedtransparentregion,buttheotherpartssuchasnon-irradiatedmitochondriaincytoplasmcanalsobedamaged.Whenpartialcytoplasmisirradiatedwiththelightdoseof4.50ml/μm2,thedamagesappearinallcytoplasm,butthereislittlechangeinthenucleus.Theexperimentalresultsalsodemonstratethatcytoplasmismoresensitivethannucleus.ItisthemitochondriaincytoplasmthatareverysensitivetoHpDpluslaser.
