SEMI-LAGRANGIAN ADVECTIVE SCHEMES AND THEIR NONLINEAR COMPUTATIONAL CHAOS-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthispaper,wehavesuggestedseveralinterpolatingformulaewhichareconvinientforvectorcom-puterstoperformvectorcalculation.Analysisshowsthatforasimpleadvectiveproblem,thesemi-Lagrangianschemesconstructedwiththeseformulaearelinearlyunconditionallystable.Moreover,wehavediscussedthenonlinearcomputationalchaosinthesemi-Lagrangianschemes.Itisfoundthatforasimplenonlinearadvectiveproblem,wecanintroducephysicallyunrealanddirectinteractionofthreeormorewaves.Nu-mericaltestsindicatethatthisphenomenonhascertaininfluenceonthesimulatedresultsoftwo-dimensionalBenardconvection.
