摘要
Wepresentadigitalholographicmicroscopewhereinthesampleisilluminatedbystructuredlighttoenablethecaptureofadditionalobjectspatialfrequencies.ReconstructedimageswithincreasedspatialresolutionareobtainedbyseparatingandsynthesizingbandwidthsofdifferentfrequencyregionsintheFourierdomain.Thetheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalresultsarepresented.
