Contact-impact formulation for multi-body systems using component mode synthesis

摘要 Theefficiencyandaccuracyaretwomostconcernedissuesinthemodelingandsimulationofmulti-bodysystemsinvolvingcontactandimpact.Thispaperproposedaformulationbasedonthecomponentmodesynthesismethodforplanarcontactproblemsofflexiblemulti-bodysystems.Aflexiblebodyisdividedintotwoparts:acontactzoneandanun-contactzone.Fortheun-contactzone,byusingthefixed-interfacesubstructuremethodasreference,afewlow-ordermodalcoordinatesareusedtoreplacethenodalcoordinatesofthenodes,andmeanwhile,thenodalcoordinatesofthelocalimpactregionarekeptunchanged,thereforethetotaldegreesoffreedom(DOFs)aregreatlycutdownandthecomputationalcostofthesimulationissignificantlyreduced.Byusingadditionalconstraintmethod,theimpactconstraintequationsandkinematicconstraintequationsarederived,andtheLagrangeequationsofthefirstkindofflexiblemulti-bodysystemareobtained.Theimpactofanelasticbeamwithafixedhalfdiskissimulatedtoverifytheefficiencyandaccuracyofthismethod.
