摘要 Thisletterpresentsalabel-freebiomolecularimagingtechniquebasedonwhite-lightinterferometryandspectraldetection.Themethodmeasuresthicknesschangescausedbyspecificbindingbetweenbiomoleculestodetectthepresenceofcertainanalyte.Aspectrum-shiftingalgorithmisdevelopedtoresolvethethicknessinformationfromthespectrum.Theaxialresolutionoftheexperimentalinstrumentcanreach～1nm,therebyenablingdetectionoftraceamounts(～1ng/mm2)ofproteinsorDNA.ThisletteralsopresentstwoexperimentstoprovethefeasibilityofthemethodfordetectingproteinsandDNAwithoutfluorescentlabeling.
