摘要
Apulsedcurrentisintroducedintothetraditionalcoaxiallasercladdingprocesstodecreasetheporosityofthecladdinglayer.Themagnetocontractionforcecausedbypulsedcurrentexertedonthemoltenpoolsqueezesthegasoutandcompensatestheshrinkageduringmoltenpoolsolidification.Asaresulttheporosityofthecladdinglayerisdecreasedtoanextremelylowdegree.Simultaneously,thegrainofthecladdinglayerisfinerwiththeaddedsupercoolingdegreewithpulsedcurrent.Themicrohardnessofanequiaxedzoneinthecrosssectionofacladdinglayeralsoincreases.
