摘要
Inthispaperthreemethods(diluteacidpretreatment,aqueousammonia/diluteacidpretreatmentandalkalinepretreatment)wereusedtostudythehydrolysisofcornstoverandcharacteristicsofeachmethodwerecompared.Theresultsshowedthattheligninremovalratewas71.8%whenthecornstoverwastreatedwithacausticsodasolutioncontaining1.5%ofNaOH,atatemperatureof75℃for90minwithaninitialsolid-liquidratioof1:8(w/v).HydrolysisyieldoftheNaOHpretreatedsamplereached78.5%,whichwasmuchhigherthanothercontrolgroups.Theseresultsareusefulforevaluationofpretreatmenttechnologies,andidentificationofkeyfactorsthatlimitcellulosehydrolysis,andcanalsoserveasabasisfordesigningandscreeningappropriatepretreatmenttechnologies.
