摘要
Inordertoenhancethebearingcapacityofnon-circulargearpair,thenon-circulargearpairwithdoublegeneratinganglesisproposedbasedonthedesignideaofunsymmetricalgearwithdoublepressureangles.Thetoothprofileisdesignedbygeneratingcuttingtheory,thepurerollingmathematicmodelthatthecenterlineofunsymmetricalrackrollalongnon-circularpitchcurveisbuilt,thedigitalmodelofnon-circulargearwithdoublegeneratinganglesiscreatedthroughtheseconddevelopmentmethodofCADsoftware,andthenthedrivecharacteristicandtoothstrengthareanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthedesignmethodfordoublegeneratinganglesnon-circulargearproposedinthispaperisfeasible,whichissignificanttoimprovethebearingcapacityofnon-circulargearpair.
