摘要
Inthispaper,variousstrategiesofspiralirradiatingschemefortheflameformingofabowlshapedsurfaceareinvestigatedexperimentallyandnumerically.Experimentalworkisperformedusingaflametorchintegratedwitha2-axisCNCworkstation.TheABAQUSimplicitsolverisusedinthenumericalsimulation.Threedifferentstrategiesofthespiralirradiatingschemeareinvestigatedfortheflameformingofabowlshapedsurface.ThefirststrategyistheSimplespiralirradiatingscheme,thesecondistheRotationalspiralirradiatingscheme,andthethirdistheSymmetrical-Rotationalspiralirradiatingscheme.TheresultsshowthatusingtheSymmetricalRotationalspiralirradiatingscheme,abowlshapedsurfacewiththemaximumdeformationcanbeproduced,followedbyusingtheRotationalscheme,andtheSimplespiralscheme.ItisalsoconcludedfromtheresultsthatthespiralirradiatingschemewithSymmetrical-Rotational,RotationalandSimplespiralschemesleadtothemaximumsymmetriesintheproducedbowlshapedsurface,respectively.Allthenumericalresultsareingoodagreementwiththeexperimentalobservations.
