摘要
InthispaperweproposeapossibleexplanationtotheFermionmasshierarchyproblembyfittingthetype-IIseesawmechanismintotheHiggsdoubletsector,suchthattheirvacuumexpectationvaluesarehierarchal.WeextendtheStandardModelwithtwoextraHiggsdoubletsaswellasaspontaneouslybrokenUX(1)gaugesymmetry.AllthefermionYukawacouplingsexceptthatofthetopquarkareofO(10~(-2))inourmodel.Constraintsontheparameterspaceofthemodelfromlowenergyprocessesarestudied.Besides,thelightestoneoftheneutralfermionfields,whichisintroducedtocanceltheanomaliesoftheU(1)Xgaugesymmetrycanbethecolddarkmattercandidate.Weinvestigateitssignatureinthedarkmatterdirectdetection.
