摘要
Fouradditives,[4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenylarsonicacid(Roxarsone),4-nitrophenylarsonicacid(4-NPAA),phenylarsonicacid(PAA)andp-aminophenylarsonicacid(p-ASA)]inchickenfeedweresimultaneouslydeterminatedbycapillaryzoneelectrophoresis(CZE)withon-lineUV-detection.Basedonourpreviousresearch,thesampleextraction,cleanupanddetectionconditionwerediscussedandoptimised,Analyteswereextractedwithacidic20%acetonitrileandthecleanedupwithC18SPEbeforethedetection.20mMCarbonatebufferatpH10wasusedaselectrolyte,Afusedsilicacapillary(48.5cmx75um),18kVworkingvoltageand200nmdetectionwavelengthwereappliedforCEdetection.AcetonitrilefunctionedasamodifiertoreducetheconductivityofthesamplesoulutionduringtheCEseparation.ThesensityvityofthemethodissufficientfortheroutineinspectionofRoxarsoneinanimalfeed,TherecoveriesforallanalyteswerereasonablygoodbuttheprecisionofthemethodwaspoorerthanHPLC.
