摘要
Aluminum,themainimpurityinthelixiviumofweatheredcrustelutiondepositedrareearthore,notonlyresultsinanincreasingconsumptionofprecipitantintherareearthprecipitationprocess,butalsolowersthepurityoffinalrareearthproduct.Aluminumintheweatheredcrustelution-depositedrareearthorelixiviumshouldberemoved.Neutralizinghydrolysismethodwasemployedtoremovealuminumfromthelixivium.HexamethylenetetraminewasfoundtobetheoptimumpHregulatorfortheremovalofaluminuminthelowconcentration.WhenusedtoadjustthepHvalueofthelixiviumto5.0,aluminuminthelixiviumcanbeeffectivelyremovedintheformofaluminumhydroxideprecipitationwithremovalrateof97.60%.Itshowsthathexamethylenetetraminehasagoodeffectontheremovingofaluminumionsfromthelowconcentrationlixivium.Moreover,hexamethylenetetramineinremovingaluminumfromlixiviumhaslittleadverseeffectontheREprecipitationprocess.
