摘要
Theimprovedtumoricidaleffectoftheradioantibodymixture(“cocktail”)hasbeenreportedrecentlyforthetreatmentofcolontumor.Inthepresentstudy,wedemonstratedtheenhancedradioimmunotherapeuticefficacyofamonoclonalantibody(MAb)cocktailagainsthumanhepatocellularcarcinoma.Therapeuticefficacywasdeterminedbymeasuringthechangeintumorsizeoveraperiod,determiningthepercentageofgrowthinhibitionofeachtreatmentatvarioustimesafterradioantibodytherapy.RadioimmunotherapyofSMMC-7721humanhepatomaxenograftsinathymicundemicewithcombinationof^131IlabeledHepama-1and^131I-labeled9403mouseMAbswasmoreeffectivethanusingeitherHepeam-1or9403MAbaloneTheMAbcocktailcouldtargetagreaternumberofhepatomacellsandincreasethemagnitudeofhepatomacelluptakeofradioantibodies.TheinvitroresultsexplaintheenhancedeffectoftheMAbcocktailininvivomodelsystem.
