InDel and SNP Markers and Their Applications in Map-based Cloning of Rice Genes-中国期刊网

摘要 High-densitymarkersarenecessaryformap-basedcloningofricegenes,butthecurrentlyavailablemarkersarenotsatisfactoryenough.InDel(insertion-deletionlengthpolymorphism)andSNP(singlenucleotidepolymorphism)arethenewgenerationofmolecularmarkersandcanbasicallymeettheneedoffinemapping.InDelandSNPmarkerscanbedevelopedthroughbioinformatics.Thesemarkersarevaluablemarkerswiththecharactersoflowcost,highspecificityandstability.ThisarticleintroducedthemethodsfordesigningInDelandSNPmarkers,takingthemappingofaricerolledleafgeneasanexample.Inaddition,somekeyfactorsinimprovingthedesignefficiencywerealsodiscussed.
