摘要
Inthispaper,theperformancecharacteristicsofASTMA19QS31803andASTMA1S2F51duplexstainlesssteelwereintroduced,andtheweldabilitieswereanalyzed.Theweldingrepairproceduresofthickwallduplexstainlesssteelweredevelopedbyweldingprocedurequalification.Researchshowsthattherepairweldinghaslesseffectonmechanicalpropertiesofweldedjointsandgreatinfluenceonphaseproportionsandpittingcorrosionresistance.Thetestresultsmeettherequirementsofprojectspecifications.Therepairweldingprocedurecanbeusedinproject,andonlyonetimerepairshallbeused.
