Truth finder algorithm based on entity attributes for data conflict solution

摘要 TheInternetnowisalarge-scaleplatformwithbigdata.Findingtruthfromahugedatasethasattractedextensiveattention,whichcanmaintainthequalityofdatacollectedbyusersandprovideuserswithaccurateandefficientdata.However,currenttruthfinderalgorithmsareunsatisfying,becauseoftheirlowaccuracyandcomplication.Thispaperproposesatruthfinderalgorithmbasedonentityattributes(TFAEA).Basedontheiterativecomputationofsourcereliabilityandfactaccuracy,TFAEAconsiderstheinteractivedegreeamongfactsandthedegreeofdependenceamongsources,tosimplifythetypicaltruthfinderalgorithms.Inordertoimprovetheaccuracyofthem,TFAEAcombinestheonewaytextsimilarityandthefactualconflicttocalculatethemutualsupportdegreeamongfacts.Furthermore,TFAEAutilizesthesymmetricsaturationofdatasourcestocalculatethedegreeofdependenceamongsources.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatTFAEAisnotonlymorestable,butalsomoreaccuratethanthetypicaltruthfinderalgorithms.
