摘要
Orthogonalfrequencydivisionmultiplexing(OFDM)waveformenablesradarandcommunicationfunctionssimultaneously,whichencounterslowangleresolutionandpoordataratefortraditionalsingleinputsingleoutput(SISO)systems.Tosolvetheseproblems,anintegratedradarandcommunicationsystem(IRCS)withmultipleinputmultipleoutput(MIMO)OFDMwaveformisproposed.Thedifferentlimitationsofradarandcommunicationindesigningsuchasystemareinvestigated.Then,anoptimizationproblemisdevisedtoobtainsuitablesystemparameters,includingthenumberofsubcarriers,subcarrierspacing,numberofsymbols,pulserepetitionfrequency(PRF)andlengthofcyclicprefix(CP).Finally,tosatisfytherequirementsofbothradarandcommunication,theIRCSparametersarederivedinthreetypicalcases.Severalnumericalresultsarepresentedtoillustratethedemandsofradarandcommunication,inconsistentorconsistent,fortheIRCSparametersandthesuperiorityoftheproposedsystem.
