摘要
TheVRDSfeedstockprocessedinrefineriesalongtheYangtzeRiverhasspecialcharacteristics,includinghighFeandCacontent,andlowsulfurandhighnitrogencontent.Dependinguponfeedstockpropertiesandoperatingconditions,someapproacheshavebeendevelopedbytheSINOPECResearchInstituteofPetroleumProcessing(RIPP),whichincludeinstallingthedecalcificationfacility,developingnewguardcatalystsandHDCCRcatalysts,implementinganewcatalystgradingapproach,developingahighlyefficientdistributiontechnologyandapplyingRICPprocessinsomerefineries.Theapplicationeffectshaverevealedthattheintegratedtechnology,whichcanbeconducivetothelong-cycleoperationdevelopedbyRIPP,canmaximizethedepositsuptakecapacityoftheguardreactorandtheactivityofgradingcatalysts.
