Antithrombotic Therapy:Focus on the Elderly

摘要 Advancedagebringsahigherincidenceofthrombosis-relateddiseases.Althoughantithrombotictherapysignificantlyreducestheriskofischemicevents,relativelyhigherbleedingratesresultinincreasedmortalityandworseprognosisintheelderly.Thusthebenefitsandharmsofantithromboticdrugsshouldtobecarefullyevaluated.Inthisreview,wesummarizecurrentevidenceandupdatedguidelinesregardingantithrombotictherapyintheagingpopulation.
