摘要 DearEditor,Wearewritingthislettertoreportanunexpectedrarecaseofcentralretinalarteryocclusion(CRAO)happenedafterstent-assistedcoilingforinternalcarotidartery(ICA)aneurysminafemalepatient.CRAOisadevastatingocularemergencywithpoorvisualprognosisandnouniversalacceptedtreatmentatpresent.CRAOisusuallyassociatedwitharterialhypertension,diabetesmellitus,renaldisease.
