摘要
All-opticalintegratorsarekeydevicesfortherealizationofultra-fastpassivephotonicnetworks,and,despitetheirbroadapplicabilityrange(e.g.,photonicbitcounting,opticalmemoryunits,analoguecomputing,etc.),theirrealizationinanintegratedformisstillachallenge.Inthiswork,anall-opticalintegratorbasedonasiliconphotonicphase-shiftedBragggratingisproposedandexperimentallydemonstrated,whichshowsawideoperationbandwidthof750GHzandintegrationtimewindowof9ps.Theintegraloperationforsinglepulse,inphasepulses,andπ-shiftedpulseswithdifferentdelayshasbeensuccessfullyachieved.
