摘要 Inthispaper,adetailedtheoreticalstudyonthecharacteristicsofcone-shapedinwallcapillary-basedmicrosphereresonatorsisdescribedanddemonstratedforsensingapplications.Themaximum,minimum,slope,contrast,andwidthoftheFanoresonanceareanalyzed.Asthetransmissioncoefficientofthecapillaryresonatorincreases,theabsolutevalueoftheslopeofFanoresonancesincreasestoreachitsmaximum,whichisusefulforsensorswithanultra-highsensitivity.Thereoccursanotherphenomenonofelectromagneticallyinducedtransparencywhenthereflectivityatthecapillary–environmentinterfaceiscloseto100%.Wealsoexperimentallydemonstrateditscapabilityfortemperatureandrefractiveindexsensing,withasensitivityof10.9pm∕°Cand431dB∕RIUbasedontheFanoresonanceandtheLorentzianlineshape,respectively.
