摘要 Pureandneodymium-dopedgadoliniumcalciumoxoboratecrystalsofhighqualityweregrownbytheCzochralskimethod.Theorientationofcrystalwaspreciselydetermined,andthesamplesformeasurementswereprepared.Throughsynchrotronx-raytopographyandhigh-resolutionx-raydiffractometry,thetwinstructurewasdiscovered.Somepropertiessuchasthefigureofmeritvalue,anddielectric,piezoelectric,andelasticconstantsweremeausuredalongwithadiscussionoftheanisotropyofthelaserproperties.
