摘要
Directcalculationsofabsorptionspectraformulti-quantumwellstructuresbyextractingfielddistributionsatwellpositionsareperformed.ResultsdemonstratethepreviouslyreportedBraggsuppression,andagreeexactlywiththeindirectcalculationbylineardispersiontheory.ThisrevealsthatBraggsuppressioneffectinfactoriginatesfromtheremarkablydecreasedintensitiesatwellpositionsbyBragginterferencecondition,ratherthanfromtheformationofsupperradiantmodes.
