摘要 Thecombinationoflaserdiffractionwithupstreamsamplingrealizedabreak-throughforthein-andon-lineparticlessizeanalysisinindustrialapplications.Today,thecombinationofrepresentativesampling,drydispersion,particlesizeanalysisbylaserdiffractionandintegratedfeedbackofthesampleiswellacceptedinmanyindustrialapplications.Nomoreinteractionsoftheuserarerequired,andforstandardapplicationstheon-linemonitoringofparticlesizesbecamenearlyassimpleasthernonitodngofanyotherprocessparameter.Theincreaseofinspectionintervalfrom24-houroperationtomonthshasincreaseduserconfidenceinthistechnology,andindustrieswithmoredemandingmeasurementrequirementsareseekingtobenefitfromthisperformance.Thischallengecouldnotbesolvedwithsimplescale-upsorscale-do,he.Newsolutionshadtobefoundforthesamplingsystem,themeasuringsensor,theadaptationtotheenvironmentalconditionsandtheprocessingoffeslgrowingvolumeofdata.
