摘要 ComparativeanalysisofChina’shumanrightswhitepapersprovidesavaluableperspectiveonchangesintheofficialhumanrightsdiscourse.Intermsoftheirstructures,thewhitepaperscanbedividedintothreetypes:themixedmodel,thefive-in-onemodelandtherights-listmodel.Therights-listmodelhasaconsistentstyle,standardterminology,andanarrangementofrightsinlinewithChina’sreality.Intermsofcontents,therighttosubsistencehasbeengraduallyreducedandtherighttodevelopmentisincreasing.Inthe2013whitepaper,therewasawholechapteronsocialsecurityrights,whichhighlightsChina’ssocialdevelopmentandthepriorityplacedonthepeople’swellbeing.TherighttodevelopmentandsocialsecuritywillbecomeanewfocusofhumanrightsdiscourseinChina.
