摘要
Withinthebackgroundoftheneedtopromotetheconstructionofecologicalcivilizationandthecurrentconflictbetweentheeconomicgrowthandtheconstraintsofenvironmentandresources,afterareviewofthetheoreticalstudyandpracticalexplorationofecologicalcivilization,thearticlemakesananalysisofthestatusquoofecologicalcivilizationdevelopmentinBeijing,Tianjin,andHebeiarea,sumsupthemainproblemsthere,andexploresthedevelopmentstrategicframeworktoimprovetheregionalecologicalenvironment.Itcomestothefollowingconclusions:astheecologicalandenvironmentalproblemsintheBTHareaaremainlytheairpollutionandsoon,weshouldseektobuildamechanismofenvironmentalmanagementforsustainabledevelopmentfromthedifferentaspectsofindustrialdistribution,energyutilization,institutionconstructionandmarketparticipation.Weshouldcapitalizeonthechancetoconstructtheecologicalcivilization,promotetochangetheregionaleconomicgrowthpattern,improvethequalityandefficiencyofdevelopment,andfinallypromotethesynergeticdevelopmentofecologicalenvironmentintheBTHarea.
