Thispaperderivesfirstordernecessaryandsufficientconditionsforunconstrainedconed.c.Programmingproblemswheretheunderlinedspaceispartiallyorderedwithrespecttoacone.Theseconditionsaregivenintermsofdirectionalderivativesandsubdifferentialsofthecomponentfunctions.Moreover,conjugatedualityforconed.c.Optimizationisdiscussedandweakdualitytheoremisprovedinamoregeneralpartiallyorderedlineartopologicalvectorspace(generalizingtheresultsin[11]).
