摘要
Nickelhydroxidedopedwithmulti-wallcarbonnanotubes(MCNTs)wassynthesizedbychemicalcoprecipitationmethod.TheMCNTsdopednickelhydroxidewasusedastheelectrochemicalactivematerialinthepositiveelectrodesofrechargeablealkalinebatteries.ThepowderX-raydiffraction(XRD)analysisshowsthattheadditionofMCNTsinducesmorestructuraldefectwithinthecrystallatticeofthenickelhydroxide.Thecyclicvoltammetry(CV)andelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS)testsdemonstratethebetterreactionreversibilityandlowerelectrochemicalimpedanceofMCNTsdopednickelhydroxideascomparedwiththepurenickelhydroxide.Thecharge/dischargetestsshowthatMCNTsadditioncanimprovethespecificdischargecapacityandincreasethedischargevoltageofthenickelhydroxideelectrode.
