Intelligent predicting approach of peritoneal fluid absorption rate based-on neural network-中国期刊网

摘要 Thispaperaddressestheimportantintelligentpredictingproblemofperitonealabsorptionrateintheperitonealdialysistreamentprocessofrenalfailure.Astheindexofdialysisadequacy,KT/VandCcrarewidelyusedandaccepted.However,growingevidencesuggeststhatthefluidbalancemayplayacriticalroleindialysisadequacyandpatientoutcome.Peritonealfluidabsorptiondecreasestheperitonealfluidremoval.Understandingtheperitonealfluidabsorptionratewillhelpclinicianstoopthnizethedialysisdwelltime.Theneuralnetworkapproachisappliedtothepredictionofperitonealabsorptionrate.Comparedwithmultivariableregressionmethod,theexperimentalresultsshowedthatneuralnetworkmethodhasanadvantageovermultivariableregression.Theapplicationofthispredictingmethodbased-onneuralnetworkinclinicisinstructive.
