摘要
ObjectiveToinvestigatetheMRImanifestationoflesionsinkneejoint,andtocomparethesensitivityofdetectionbetweentheMRIandkneejointendoscopy.Methods34caseswereanalyzedretrospectively,MRIandkneejointendoscopywereperformedonallthe34patients.Result27meniscusdegenerationandtear,22interosseousligamentsofkneetear,3ligamentscollateraletear,2chondroiddegenerationornecrosis,and30hydrarthrosisweredetectedbyMRI;25meniscusdegenerationandtear,17interosseousligamentsofkneetear,14chondroiddegenerationornecrosis,and10synovialhyperplasionweredetectedbyendoscopy.Conclusion①MRIwasamostimportanttoolfordetectingkneejointlesions.②MRIismoreeffectivetodemonstratethehydrarthrosis,meniscusdegenerationandtear,ligamentscollateraletearcomparedtoendoscopy.③therearefalsediagnosisinMRIandkneejointendoscopy.
