摘要
ObjectiveResearchinthetherapeuticeffectandmechanismofmicro-circulationbarriersafterFracturedLimb(fingers)Replantation(FLR)appliedwithHyperbaricOxygen.MethodTheresearchobjectivesare33paintswhoaresufferingfrommicro-circulationbarriersafterFLR,andtheordinaryclinictherapyisunsatisfactory.After10to20timesofHyperbaricOxygentreatment,thestatisticisworkedoutaccordingtoclinictherapeuticeffectstandard.Thus,theeffectiveratereaches86.11%.Thecomparisonoftherapeuticeffectsbeforeandafterthetreatmentisobviouslydifferent(P<0.01).ConclusionThetherapeuticeffectisabsolutelygorgeousifappliedHyperbaricOxygentosubsidernicrocirculationbarriersafterFLR.Thetherapeutic.Mechanismistosoothanoxicstate,improvemicrocirculation,andfacilitatetheretrievaloffracturedlimb(fingers).
