摘要 Intheprocessofconceptdesignoffshoreplatforms,itisnecessarytoselectthebestfromfeasiblealternativesthroughcomparisonandfiltering.Fuzzyoptimalselectioninmultiplestagesisanusefulmethodinengineeringdecisionmaking,hutinsomecases,itisdifficulttomakeadistinctionbetweenthefirstalternativeandthesecond.Thereforeitisnecessarytoimprovethefuzzyoptimalselectionmethodwithmultiplestages.Inthispaper,usingfuzzycrossiterationoptimalmodeling,theweightsensitivityanalysisismadefirstly.Thenaseconddecision-makingmethodtosolvefuzzyoptimalproblemsisproposed.Itsbasicprincipleistheinversereasoninginmathematics.Thismethodexpandstheappliedrangeoffuzzyoptimalselection.Finallythismethodisusedintheconceptdesignofoffshoreplatform.Acasestudyshowsthatthismethodisscientific,reasonableandeasytouseinpractice.
