摘要
Twopotexperimentswithacompletelyrandomdesignand4replicationswereperformedinagreenhousetoexaminetheresponsedifferenceof17cultivarsofpakchoi(BrassicachinensisL.)growninaCu-spikedandacleansoiltoCu.relativelytolerant.Whenthe17cultivarsofpakchoigrewincleangardensoil,theCuconcentrationsintheabovegroundpartwerepositivelycorrelated(r=0.6693)withtheirrootCuconcentrations.However,whentheygrewintheCu-spikedsoilahighlynegativecorrelationcoefficient(r=-0.5376)wasobtainedintheCuconcentrationbetweentheabovegroundpartandtheroot.ThismeantthattheCutolerantcultivarshadaweakabilitytotransferCufromtheirroottotheirabovegroundpart,andthereforestoredmuchmoreCuintheirrootthantheCusensitivecultivars.
