摘要
ObjectiveObservingthecurativeeffectandsafetyofshennongCalculi-stoppingBolusfortreatingthecalculiintheurinarysystem.MethodChoosing160patientsofthecalculiintheurinaruysystem,whoaredividedrandomlyintwogroups,inwhich,thecurativegroupthkesorallytheShennongCalculi-removalgranule.Theperiodoftreatmentisthreemonths.Symptomsign,ealculiremovalandcliniccomprehensivecurativeeffectafterobservingandtreating.ResultsTotaleffectiverateofcurativegroupandcontrolgroupisseparatelyupto93.59%and80%,thecomparingdiffeteneeoftwogroupsisobvious,thecurativeeffectotcurativegroupisobviouslyhigherthancontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thecurativeeffectofcreativegroupisbetterthancontrolgrouponsymptomsignandcalculiremovalforimprovingthedullpainoflumbarregion,anuria,macroscopichematuria,realregionpainbytappingandsoon.Theseriousuntowardreactiondpesnotoccur.ConclusionThecurativeeffectofShennongCalculistoppingBolusisobviousanditssafetyisexcellent.
