摘要
摘要目的探讨不同级别高血压患者D－二聚体和BNP浓度的变化及不同民族患者间的差异.方法选择１０５例维吾尔族,９８例汉族老年高血压患者及６０例健康体检者为研究对象,通过STAGO－Evolution全自动血凝分析仪和MeterPro荧光免疫分析仪测定研究对象血浆D－二聚体和BNP浓度并进行统计分析.结果与正常组相比,高血压各组D－二聚体、BNP浓度均升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５);两两比较时高血压１级与高血压２级之间两项指标均无差异;高血压１级与高血压３级,２级与３级之间D－二聚体、BNP的差异均有统计学意义;维吾尔族老年高血压患者D－二聚体浓度高于汉族老年高血压患者,BNP浓度相反,但差异均无统计学意义.结论D－二聚体、BNP检测对于高血压所引起的器官损伤具有敏感、良好的预测意义,适用于各民族老年高血压患者.关键词高血压;老年;民族;D－二聚体;BNPVarianceanalysisofD－dimersandBNPinUygurandHanoldhypertentionpatientsHuangGuohong;Dilinuer??Wumaierjiang;Aerziguli??Mutalifu;WangChangmin(Clinicallaboratorycenter,People’sHospitalofXinjiangUygurAutonomousRegion,Urumqi,８３００１１)AbstractObjectiveTostudythechangesofD－dimersandBNPinhypertensionpatientswithdifferentstagesandthedifferencesindifferentnationaliＧties．Methods１０５Uyguroldhypertensionpatientsand９８Hanoldhypertensionpatientsand６０healthypeopleswereselectedassubjects,D－dimersandBNPweredetedtedbySTAGO－EvolutionfullyautomaticcoagulometerandMeterProautomaticanalyzer．ResultsTocomparewithnormalcontrolgroup,thelevelofD－dimersandBNPofhypertensionpatientsgroupswerehigherandhavestatisticsignificance(P＜０．０５);therewasnodifferencebetweenStage１and２ofhyＧpertensionpatients;andhadsignificantlydifferencesbetweenStage１and３,Stage２and３;theD－dimerswashigherinUyguroldhypertensionpatientsgroupbutBNPhigherinHanoldhypertensionpatientsgroup,thedifferenceshadnostatisticsignificance．ConclusionDetectionofD－dimersandBNPwereimportanttopredicttheorgansinjurycanusedbyhypertension,whichwereavailableforoldhypertensionpatientswithdifferentnationalities．KeywordsHypertension;Old;Nationality;D－dimers;BNP中图分类号R５４４．１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０１０２－０２
