摘要
Inrecentyears,ChineseprivateinvestmentinSHP(smallhydropower)hasbeenboominglikemushroomsafterrain.Globally,manydevelopingcountrieshaveformulatedaseriesofincentivepoliciestoencouragethemobilizationofprivatecapitalforSHP,buttherecentenforcementisfarfrommeetingexpectation.ThisarticleoverviewsprivateenterprisesinvestinginSHPdomestically,analyzessimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenChinaandinternationalcommunities,aswellasthecomparabilityandmutualreferentialvalues,andalsoexploressomeapproachesforimprovementFurthermore,thisarticlepresentsseveralparticularissuesinthisrespect,withahopetofurtherpromotethesounddevelopmentofSHPprivatelyfinanced.Attachedhereare2tablesand2figures.
