摘要
ItisanewresearchtopictocreatearationaljudgmentmatrixusingthecognitiontheorybecauseoftheconstructionofjudgmentmatrixinAHPinvolvingthedecision-maker'scognitiveactivities.Owingtothepresenceofuncertaininformationinthedecisionprocedure,theimproperuseoftheuncertaininformationwilldoubtlesscauseweightchanges.Inthispaper,weaddafeedforwardprocesspriortoconstructingthejudgmentmatrixsothatthedecisionmakercanuseboththecertainanduncertaininformationtogettheinitialuncertainroughjudgmentmatrix,andthenconvertitintoafuzzymatrix.Consequently,itwillbebetterfordecisionmakertoobtaintheroughsetoforderequivalentclassesthroughthedecisiongraph.Accordingtothequalitativeanalysis,thedecisionmakercaneasilyconstructthefinaljudgmentmatrixinstructedbytheroughsetcreatedearlier.
