摘要
Asoneofthekeysafetyproblems,themotionperformanceandtouchingseabottomofaFPSOarepaidmuchattentionbytheoceanoilcompanieswhentheFPSOisexposedtosurvivalstormsintheshallow-waterworkingareas.Inthispaper,timedomainnumericalsimulationsarecarriedoutona160kDWTFPSOwithaYokemootingsystemmooredintheBZ25-1oilfieldwithawaterdepthof16.7m.Theresultsarecomparedwiththoseofthecorrespondingmodeltests.Goodagreementshowsthatthetime-domainsimulationscanbeusedtopredicttheperformanceoftheFPSOinshallow-waterreasonably.ItisfoundthatthetouchofseabedbyafullyloadedFPSOoccurredfewtimesundersurvivalstormconditions.Therefore,theFPSOshouldbelessloadedthanthatinthefullyloadedconditionunderthesurvivalstorms.
