摘要
摘要目的探讨胺碘酮治疗快速型心律失常的临床疗效.方法选取２０１３年６月至２０１５年８月我院收治的快速型心律失常患者８０例,将所有患者随机分成两组,每组患者４０例,观察组采用胺碘酮治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果两组患者在临床治疗有效率上存在显著差异(P＜０．０５),具有统计学意义,但是在不良反应发生率上没有明显差异(P＞０．０５),不存在统计学意义.结论给予快速型心律失常患者在常规治疗前提下采用胺碘酮治疗,能够在一定程度上提升治疗有效率,效果显著.关键词胺碘酮;快速型;心律失常;治疗效果AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofamiodaroneinthetreatmentofarrhythmia．MethodsfromJune２０１３toAugust２０１５,８０patientswitharＧrhythmiawererandomlydividedintotwogroups,４０casesineachgroup,theobservationgroupwastreatedwithamiodarone,thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionaltherapy,andthetreatmenteffectwasobservedinthetwogroups．Resultstwogroupsofpatientsintheclinicaltreatmenteffectiveratewassignificantlydifferent(P＜０．０５),withstatisticalsignificance,butintheincidenceofadversereactionswerenotsignificantlydifferent(P＞０．０５),therewasnostatisticalsignificance．ConclusionitiseffectivetoimprKoevyewtohredtsreatmentofpatientswithrapidarrhythmiainacertainextent,andcanimprovethetreatmentefficiency．Amiodarone;Rapid;Arrhythmia;Treatmenteffect中图分类号R９７２文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７８５－０１
