摘要 ManyInternet-GIShavebeenimplementedonthewebandtheyareincreasinglybecominganimportantpartofmultimediacartographythathasmuchmoreusersascomparedtotraditionalGISproductionmedia.InternetGIStechnologyhasprovidedtheGISdynamicinformationacquisitionwithtechnicalsupport.Also,thevisualizationtechnologyofelectronicmaphasprovidedtoolsforGISsymbolswithdynamiccharacteristics.OnthebasisofGISdynamicinformationacquisition,thedesignideaandimplementationmethodsofdynamicsymbolsindynamicGISarepresentedinthisarticle.
