摘要
Aneffectivestrategyandframeworkthatadequatelyintegratetheautomatedandmanualprocessesforfastcartographicsoundingselectionispresented.Theimportantsubmarinetopographicfeaturesareextractedforimportantsoundingsselection,andanimproved"influencecircle"algorithmisintroducedforsoundingselection.Forautomaticconfigurationofsoundingsdistributionpattern,aspecialalgorithmconsideringmulti-factorsisemployed.Asemi-automaticmethodforsolvingtheambiguousconflictsisdescribed.OnthebasisofthealgorithmsandstrategiesasystemnamedHGISforfastcartographicsoundingselectionisdevelopedandappliedinChineseMarineSafetyAdministrationBureau(CMSAB).Theapplicationexperimentsshowthatthesystemiseffectiveandreliable.Atlastsomeconclusionsandthefutureworkaregiven.
