MethodThe enzyme amplification immune （EMIT），renal transplantation in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 December were selectedas research object，summed up the factors affecting blood drug concentration. ResultsTo Mycophenolic acid within RSD were 7.08%，1.49%，2.16% group RSD were 8.51%，5.93%，3.12% the recovery rate was 100.5% 99.8% 100.8%，good linearity in the range of 2.5 to 30ug/ml. One month afterthe operation in 13 patients MMF blood concentration of the average value was 0.24 ± 0.12，3.68 ± 2.29ug/ml.ConclusionExperiments show that theprecision，accuracy and linearity of the laboratory determination of blood drug concentration by EMIT method is goo
