摘要
【摘要】 目的 研究分析多元文化护理理念在肿瘤患者临终关怀中的应用效果。方法 78例肿瘤临终患者， 利用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组， 各 39例。对照组患者接受常规临终关怀干预， 观察组患者在对照组基础上接受多元文化护理理念指导下的临床关怀干预。比较两组患者护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理满意度为 97.44%， 对照组患者护理满意度为 84.62%， 观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 临床上针对肿瘤临终患者开展多元文化护理理念下的临终关怀服务效果良好， 患者满意度高， 在临床上具有重要意义。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the application effect of multicultural nursing concept in terminal care of cancer patients. Methods 78 cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received the clinical care intervention under the guidance of multicultural nursing concept on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 97.44%, and that of the patients in the control group was 84.62%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion it is of great significance in clinical practice to carry out multi-cultural care for cancer dying patients.
