摘要：目的 对竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白斑病的临床效果进行观察和分析。 方法 选择 60例外阴白斑病患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和治疗组，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗组患者中，临床治愈 15例，显效 7例，有效 6例，无效 2例，临床总有效率为 93.33%。观察组患者中，临床治愈 5例，显效 8例，有效 10例，无效 7例，临床总有效率为 76.67%。治疗组患者的临床总有效率明显高于观察组患者（ P<0.05）。结论 竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白斑病有显著的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of hypocrellin ointment in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia. Methods 60 patients with pudendal leukoplakia were divided into observation group and treatment group according to different treatment methods. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total clinical effective rate was 93.33%. In the observation group, 5 cases were clinically cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective. The total clinical effective rate was 76.67%. The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hypocrellin ointment has a significant therapeutic effect on vulvar leukoplakia, which is worthy of clinical promotion. -
